Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Dr. Nicholas Ives received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia before going on to attend Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2005. Following graduation, Dr. Ives practiced in New York, NY and then Alton, IL before settling in St. Louis.
All aspects of general dentistry interest Dr. Ives. He is highly skilled and experienced in providing most dental services in-house, which minimizes the need to refer patients to specialists. Each year, Dr. Ives completes extensive continuing education. In fact, he has recently completed all requirements to be a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a designation bestowed on less than 6 percent of all dentists.
Dr. Ives resides in Clayton, MO with his wife Anna, a local architect, and their two children. His passions include spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, volunteer work, getting outdoors and rooting for St. Louis sports teams.
